Kindly please clarify that there is any registration for running online competition and issuing in medals and certificates to participants.

Hello Mr.Jaisankar,

Not sure about any other registrations, but GST registration needs to be made as they will be coming under the category of e-commerce operators

Dear Jaishankar

You should throw more insights adequate enough for us to facilitate your question. For example, I may have following questions further on your query

  • What is objective of this business, why would you give certificates or medals?
  • Whats your business?
  • Where does the supplier located?
  • Who are your customers? Are they located across globe?
  • Can the services be availed without internet?

I had filed Jascon File of GSTR9C and i am getting message after numerous attempts, the same error is reported Experts Please clarify the same

Hello Mr.T.S.Suresh,

Kindly download the extract of GSTR – 9 which is shown in GSTR – 9C and enter the same amount in GSTR – 9C, check for round off differences to the value of next rupee to avoid decimal level errors

WE DOING BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND WORKS CONTRACT TO PRIVATE BUILDINGS.WE PAY GST WITH ITC 18%. WE ALSO DOING NOW LAND BROKERAGE,WE RECEIVED BROKERAGE COMMISSION 500000% ADS TDS 94 H 5%

WE CAN ANY  LIABLE TO BROKERAGE COMMISSION?

WHAT IS THE RATE OF TAX ?

WHICH AMOUNT DUE TO GST LIABLE

WITH OR WITHOUT TDS?

Same 18% for brokerage commission as well which  is also subject to Income tax TDS too
